1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
1/2 ounce lime juice (freshly squeezed, if possible)
1/2 ounce simple syrup
4 ounces ginger beer
Garnish: lime slice (mint if preferred)
2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce raspberry liqueur
1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
Garnish: pineapple wedge or raspberry
2 ounces bourbon
1 ounce orange liqueur
2 peach slices
3 lemon wedges
4 mint leaves
Garnish: peace slice and mint sprig
